About 10 years ago I was in a car accident that left me with a good amount of physical trauma. Until I took Oxy-Powder, I would have bowel movements only once every 2 or 3 months. So, I tried the 7-Day Cleanse and lost 14 pounds. It was quite a shock to me to find that I had that much waste in my body. Since taking Oxy-Powder, Ive felt better, have had regular bowel movements (2 to 3 per day), & have kept the 14 pounds off without dieting. I am so impressed that I will be a lifetime user of Oxy-Powder.

This product is a complete waste of money. It does nothing more than a normal laxative can do, however the side effects are a lot worse. This product causes severe bloating and cramping. As the manufacturer tells you, it also causes loose stools. Don't expect to travel far from a bathroom while you use this product -- you need to have it close by at all times, as your ability to hold your bowel movements in for longer than 30 seconds will be extremely compromised. Also, if you have a work out routine -- completely forget about doing it while on Oxy Powder -- you will not be able to work out for longer than 5 minutes without running to the bathroom. This is a complete waste of money.

I am disappointed with this product after reading all the great reviews. I followed the directions to the letter, including taking fresh lemon juice to aid the reaction, etc. As the directions state, taking 2 more each night until reaching 3-5 bowel movements the next day. I am up to taking 16 pills, and have yet to have more than 2 BMs the following day, and have lost at most 1, maybe 2 lbs that I can directly attribute to this product, going from 245 to about 243. My stomach/intestines/bowels do make some noise, and true to form, my BMs are liquified. Word of warning...if you try this stuff and you feel the need to pass gas, do so at the very high risk of it not being just gas. Disgusting, I know, but I'm just being honest and trying to let you know what you are getting in to here.

Either my bowels are in better shape than I thought or the product does not work for me. Basically caused my stomach to churn for 8 hours then out came water. I was afraid to use this on days I work because my position will not allow me to run to the restroom every 2 hours.

I had horrible stomach pains constantly, i was far from regular, almost going 4 days without any bowel movement and i'm a healthy young active woman, but i could not get over my stomach discomforts. Doctors wanted to put me on all these pills for IBS, but i wanted a solution, not to be on medication forever. If anything, i wanted it to be natural. This is the BEST thing on the market. It's a total flush, you'll go about 3 times a day, you'll never have to sprint to the bathroom, you wont have any stomach pains b/c it really truly aids in digestion like nothing else. For about 5 months i've been using this and I cant live without it. It relieves so much bloat and discomfort and it's not a Laxative, which i love, cause that's really bad for you. I take my dosage about 3 times a week. The only thing i HATE are the pills. IMO, they're HUGE. I wish this would come in powder form, that would be great.
